Here's the finished animation after drawing and fighting with papers and inbetweens. I changed a bit of animaiton while I doing inbetweens, and I think it's more fitting and flows better. It was a fun project.
as always, any suggestion and critics welcome.
thanks.

@00:22It looks really good now that it's actually animated :D I love the movements, and everything fits in well with the sound effects.. I don't think this will make it as a DD [ from the group ] only because it isn't colored as well, but I do think it's a wonderful piece nontheless.

I could see it as a DD if it was cleaned and colored :) It's still very smooth and well done

@00:18The motions are pretty good, i really like how his eyes peek out from his glasses at the end lol A little more hair jiggle when he drinks, and burps, even just a small bit when he turns his head would look nice. And if you could get the stash to wiggle when his head makes those dramatic movements might be nice touch if you can make it fit in well. If not thats ok too, I like what you have so far

@00:18Thanks for the critic! :)
I am glad you like the ending with eyes.
At the beginning of concetpt, I drew this guy as a senseless, and emotioless guy. So I didn't plan to reveal his eyes. But initial ending was too weak, and need to vent a little bit of awkawrd emotion to balance the spontaneous action.

@00:22Thanks!
I didn't track them, but I think I spent a week of hours on this one.
Fixing and adjusting timing was really hard part for me.

Thanks alot for your compliment!
A week sounds a bit short, but what I meant was actual working hours. So umm 24x7 = 168 hours was poured into this. :)
I think I am still learning a lot and there is tons of things to improve for me.
